,根據(jù)客戶提供的顏色標準,由計算機配色系統(tǒng)給出專色油墨的比例;然后將油墨樣品轉(zhuǎn)移,不同密度的顏色樣品由墨位計和墨棒計顯示;然后根據(jù)標準(或客戶)對色差范圍的要求,用分光光度計測定標準、淺限、深限,制出標準色卡(色差超過標準需要進一步校正)。成都包裝設(shè)計色卡的一半是普通的顏色樣本,另一半是經(jīng)過表面處理的顏色樣本,便于質(zhì)量檢驗。
