注塑托盤：注塑是注+壓，注塑做的一定有澆口斷面。

Injection tray: injection is injection + pressure, injection must have gate section.

吹塑托盤：也稱為中空吹塑.吹塑是注+吹。吹塑做的一定有那個(gè)拔吹氣管留下的頭。

Blow molding tray: also known as hollow blow molding. Blow molding is injection + blow. Blow molding must have the head left by pulling out the air pipe.

三、表面結(jié)構(gòu)

注塑托盤為網(wǎng)格狀或者平板狀，有加強(qiáng)筋結(jié)構(gòu)。

注塑托盤：注塑托盤是實(shí)芯體，托盤表面是光亮的。因?yàn)橛凶⑺芸冢猿尚秃蟮漠a(chǎn)品會(huì)多出一小塊不要的部分，有道工序會(huì)把它剪掉，雖然不明顯，如果仔細(xì)觀察還是能看見的。

吹塑托盤：吹塑托盤外觀表面會(huì)有吹塑孔，中間全部空置，只能生產(chǎn)雙面托盤，不能生產(chǎn)單面托盤，而且產(chǎn)品進(jìn)叉使用方向一般是兩向進(jìn)叉使用。

注塑托盤可內(nèi)置鋼筋，可以上貨架使用，注塑成型精度高。缺點(diǎn)是注塑托盤對料要求高，注塑回收料產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量比全新料差太多。
