定量又稱為克重,是衡量紙張物理性能的重要指標(biāo),一般來(lái)說(shuō),紙的定量高,它的抗張強(qiáng)度、環(huán)壓強(qiáng)度、撕裂度、挺度和厚度指標(biāo)相對(duì)就高。用高定量的紙材制作瓦楞紙箱,其抗壓強(qiáng)度相對(duì)就高些。所以,要制作強(qiáng)度高的瓦楞紙箱,選擇高定量的紙材,往往是客戶的基本要求之一。
Quantitative, also known as gram weight, is an important index to measure the physical properties of paper. Generally speaking, the paper with high quantitative has relatively high tensile strength, ring crush strength, tearing strength, stiffness and thickness. Using high quantitative paper to make corrugated box, its compressive strength is relatively higher. 它是指每立方厘米紙張的重量,紙的緊度如何,反映了它的纖維組織結(jié)構(gòu)的疏密程度。箱板紙和瓦楞紙的緊度值高,它們的耐破度、環(huán)壓強(qiáng)度、耐戳穿和抗張性能相對(duì)就好,那么,紙箱的整體強(qiáng)度相對(duì)也就高。但是,若緊度過(guò)大,紙材容易脆裂,尤其是白板紙,緊度值若明顯大于標(biāo)準(zhǔn),其耐折度性能將會(huì)有所下降。

If the tightness value of cardboard and corrugated paper is high, their bursting strength, ring crush strength, puncture resistance and tensile performance are relatively good, then the overall strength of the carton is relatively high. If the tightness value is significantly greater than the standard, the folding performance will decline.

一般來(lái)說(shuō),用環(huán)壓強(qiáng)度好的紙制作出來(lái)的紙箱強(qiáng)度相對(duì)就高。原紙的環(huán)壓指數(shù)如何,很大程度上影響著紙箱的整體強(qiáng)度,尤其是對(duì)紙箱的抗壓強(qiáng)度影響較大。
Generally speaking, the strength of cartons made of paper with good ring pressure strength is relatively high. The ring pressure index of base paper has a great influence on the overall strength of the carton, especially on the compressive strength of the carton.
4、施膠度

紙張、紙板在生產(chǎn)時(shí),施加一定量的松香膠等耐水性的膠體物后,使紙面增加抗水性,這種生產(chǎn)加工工藝稱為施膠。施膠度是衡量膠量大小的質(zhì)量指標(biāo),按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn),可采用墨水劃線法和表面吸收重量法進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。工廠也可因陋就簡(jiǎn),用“滴水法”檢測(cè)紙面的施膠度。其做法是:在紙面滴一點(diǎn)水,若水滴洇滲速度快,說(shuō)明施膠度不好;若水滴不易出現(xiàn)洇滲現(xiàn)象,水珠浮在紙面上,說(shuō)明施膠度就好。制作瓦楞紙箱的原紙,要求施膠度要好,這樣不易吸濕,紙箱的含水率穩(wěn)定,可較好地保證紙箱的強(qiáng)度。

The base paper for making corrugated box requires good sizing degree, which is not easy to absorb moisture, and the moisture content of the box is stable, which can better ensure the strength of the box.

所謂含水率是指紙或紙板中水分的含量,用百分比表示。含水率對(duì)紙箱箱體強(qiáng)度有著很大的影響,所以,這也是含水率成為紙箱的三個(gè)重要缺陷檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目之一的主要原因。當(dāng)紙箱的含水率偏高時(shí),其耐戳穿抗壓強(qiáng)度和耐破強(qiáng)度等性能將相對(duì)下降。瓦楞紙具有一定的耐壓、抗張、抗戳穿和耐折性能,若水分含量過(guò)高的話,紙質(zhì)就顯得柔軟、挺度差,壓楞和粘合質(zhì)量也差。如果水分明顯低于下極限標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值時(shí),壓楞時(shí)就容易出現(xiàn)破裂現(xiàn)象。如果瓦楞紙和箱板紙的水分含量懸殊過(guò)大時(shí),單面機(jī)加工出來(lái)的瓦楞紙板,就容易出現(xiàn)卷曲,下工序裱合時(shí)就容易出現(xiàn)起泡和脫膠現(xiàn)象,使紙箱的強(qiáng)度明顯下降。

If the moisture content is too high, the paper will appear soft, poor stiffness, and poor quality of corrugating and bonding. If the moisture content is obviously lower than the lower limit standard value, it is easy to crack during corrugating. If the moisture content difference between corrugated paper and cardboard is too large, the corrugated paper produced by single-sided machining is easy to curl, and blistering and degumming are easy to occur in the next mounting process, so that the strength of the carton is significantly reduced.
6、耐折度

紙箱作為一種包裝容器,其搖蓋需經(jīng)常作開(kāi)啟活動(dòng),這就要求紙材應(yīng)具有一定的耐折能力。紙的橫向耐折度是測(cè)定紙?jiān)谝欢ǖ膹埩?、速度和角度條件下,對(duì)150×15mm規(guī)格的試樣作1350角的往復(fù)性折疊試驗(yàn),當(dāng)紙樣斷裂時(shí),即為耐折度的檢驗(yàn)次數(shù)。制造箱板紙和折板紙的漿料特性、紙的含水率、緊度、纖維長(zhǎng)度和結(jié)合力的牢度以及原紙受存放時(shí)間和溫度等因素的影響,很大程度上決定著原紙的耐折度。所以,要提高紙箱的耐折度性能,做好原材料的質(zhì)量把關(guān)是重要的一環(huán)。
