2、要考慮托盤裝載貨物的包裝規(guī)格：根據(jù)托盤裝載貨物的包裝規(guī)格選擇合適的托盤，盡量限度地利用托盤的表面積，控制所載貨物的高度。托盤承載貨物的合理的指標(biāo)為：達(dá)到托盤80%的表面積利用率，所載貨物的高度不應(yīng)超過(guò)托盤寬度的三分之二。

4、要考慮托盤尺寸的使用區(qū)域：裝載貨物的托盤流向直接影響托盤尺寸的選擇。通常去往歐洲的貨物要選擇1210托盤（1200mm×1000mm）或1208托盤（1200mm×800mm）；去往日本、韓國(guó)的貨物要選擇1111托盤（1100mm×1100mm）；去往大洋洲的貨物要選擇1140mm×1140mm或1067mm×1067mm的托盤；去往美國(guó)的貨物要選擇48英寸×40英寸的托盤，國(guó)內(nèi)常用1210托盤發(fā)往美國(guó)。1200mm ×1000mm托盤在全球應(yīng)用更廣，在也得到更廣泛的應(yīng)用。
