1. Appearance standard of heavy duty carton:

箱體紙箱成型后箱體方正，表面不允許有明顯的損壞和污跡，箱面不得有拼接，箱體各角無明顯的漏洞或包角。

印刷：箱面印刷圖文正確、清晰、墨色深淺一致、位置準(zhǔn)確，不應(yīng)有明顯偏斜。

釘合：紙箱釘合應(yīng)使用帶鍍層(銅、鋅)的低碳鋼扁絲，扁絲不應(yīng)有銹斑、剝層、龜裂或其他使用上的缺外觀缺陷。紙箱接縫應(yīng)釘牢、釘透，不得有疊釘、缺釘、翹釘、斷釘、曲釘、不轉(zhuǎn)角等缺陷。紙箱接頭釘合搭接舌邊的寬度為35一50mm采用斜釘或橫釘釘合，且箱釘應(yīng)沿搭結(jié)舌邊的中線釘合。箱釘排列整齊、均勻，頭尾釘距頂、底面壓痕線不大于25mm。

壓線：壓痕深淺一致，折線居中，不應(yīng)有破裂現(xiàn)象；箱壁不允許有多余的壓痕線，壓痕線寬度值的規(guī)定如下 ：凹凸式壓痕線寬度:六層以下瓦楞紙箱的壓痕線寬度不大干17mm；七層瓦楞紙箱的壓痕線寬度不大于Zomm； 偏置式壓痕線寬度:箱內(nèi)面的壓痕線與箱外面的壓痕線的偏置間距不大于20mm。

GB/T16717一1996根據(jù)內(nèi)裝物質(zhì)量和體積尺寸，規(guī)定了紙箱尺寸的偏差。

紙箱的底面積外部尺寸應(yīng)優(yōu)先選用GB/T4892所規(guī)定的尺寸系列。

The size series specified in GB / t4892 shall be preferred for the external size of the bottom area of the carton.

3、重型紙箱的物理性能標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

通常狀況下重型紙箱抗壓力不低于550KG，若有其他要求供需雙方商定，檢測標(biāo)準(zhǔn)按GB/T4857.4的規(guī)定進行。

Generally, the pressure resistance of heavy-duty cartons is not less than 550Kg. If there are other requirements, the supplier and the Demander shall agree on the test standard according to the provisions of GB / t4857.4.

耐破強度：所用紙板的耐破強度18kg以上。

Bursting strength: the bursting strength of the used paperboard is more than 18kg.

戳穿強度和邊壓強度，戳穿強度和邊壓強度的檢測按GB/T16718的規(guī)定進行。

The detection of puncture strength and edge pressing strength shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB / t16718.

紙箱耐沖擊強度的檢側(cè)按GB/T4857.5的規(guī)定進行，且試樣不得少于3只。

The impact strength of carton shall be tested according to GB / t4857.5, and the number of samples shall not be less than 3.

搖蓋耐折性：紙箱搖蓋經(jīng)180°的往復(fù)開合五次后，A級，B級紙箱的面層和里層均不應(yīng)有裂縫；C級紙箱的面層不應(yīng)有裂縫，里層允許裂縫長度分別不大于各搖蓋長的10%。
