一、紙板含水量的適中。生活中的很多事或物都有適合它自己的一個點,紙板的含水量如果過多,就會導(dǎo)致紙板的硬度大大降低,還會影響紙板的邊壓程度。
1、 The moisture content of paperboard is moderate. Many things or things in life have a point suitable for it. If the moisture content of the paperboard is too much, it will lead to a great reduction in the hardness of the paperboard and affect the edge pressure of the paperboard.
二、重型瓦楞紙箱的楞形情況。瓦楞的形狀分為U型、V型和UV型。U型瓦楞彈性好,伸張性和吸收性高,但強度不穩(wěn)定。V型瓦楞粘合性差,易剝分離,但是強度高。一般建議使用UV型,正如其名的將U型和V型的優(yōu)點匯聚。
2、 The shape of heavy corrugated box. Corrugated shape is divided into U-shape, V-shape and UV type. U-shaped corrugated has good elasticity, high stretch and absorption, but unstable strength. V-shaped corrugated has poor adhesion, easy to peel and separate, but high strength. It is generally recommended to use the UV type, just as its name implies, to combine the advantages of the U-type and the V-type.
三、紙板的粘合強度要大。瓦楞紙與面紙、里紙等之間的相互粘合叫做紙板的粘合強度。如出現(xiàn)假粘現(xiàn)象,其重型瓦楞紙箱的抗壓程度也會下降,瓦楞紙板在受壓后就會層層分離。
3、 The adhesive strength of paperboard should be high. Corrugating paper and face paper, paper and so on between the mutual adhesion is called the adhesive strength of paperboard. If there is false sticky phenomenon, the compression degree of the heavy corrugated box will also decline, and the corrugated board will separate layer by layer after being compressed.
四、重型瓦楞紙箱紙板層數(shù)的合理化。合理的層數(shù)設(shè)計會提高紙箱本身的抗壓性能,不合理的層數(shù)設(shè)計自然也會提高紙箱的破損率。建議可以根據(jù)所要包裝的產(chǎn)品特性、重量、儲存運輸條件、碼放高度以及儲存時間等一系列問題來考慮設(shè)計紙板的層數(shù)。
4、 Rationalization of the number of layers of heavy corrugated cardboard box. Reasonable layer design will improve the compression performance of the carton itself, and unreasonable layer design will naturally improve the damage rate of the carton. It is suggested that the number of layers should be considered according to the product characteristics, weight, storage and transportation conditions, stacking height and storage time.
五、在生產(chǎn)過程中應(yīng)當注意控制紙箱與機器間隙之間的壓力。以免出現(xiàn)瓦楞壓潰、變形等情況的發(fā)生,降低了紙箱的抗壓程度。
5、 In the production process should pay attention to control the pressure between the carton and the machine gap. In order to avoid corrugating collapse, deformation and other situations, reduce the compression degree of the carton.
